The management of FCT Water Board has noticed with great concern the unresponsive attitude of some customers in settling their water bill. To this end a special task force has been constituted by the Board to recover all outstanding debts owed the Board by individuals, corporate organisations, institutions and other classes of consumers. Subsequently the Board has decided to embark on general mass disconnection of water supply to all defaulting consumers in the FCC and satellite towns. The exercise which is aimed at boosting the revenue generation of the Board will commence on 16th June, 2014. The FCT Water Board is hereby advising all its customers to settle all outstanding bills so as to avoid the embarrassment of being disconnected. Customers with the compliants of non-reflection of payment made should come to the customer care at the FCT Water Board corporate headquarters in [wpgmappity id=”2″] to rectify all irregularities. The co-operation of all is therefore solicited throughout the period of this exercise.
